Planning to take your vehicle on Some Ghat Roads?




Are you planning any journey with your vehicle where you might face ghat roads? So remember your car is about to undergo maximum pull while climbing a Ghat, so you must check on your car for fitness condition. 


Here are a few steps which you can follow and make your journey more comfortable:
Make a thorough Check on your car at Service centre in advance.  

Specially Check for brakes, clutch and accelerator efficiency because they are the key players.

    Inflate the stephney (spare tyre) to suitable pressure levels as it comes handy in the rugged landscape.

Check the fuel tank, fill it before leaving off, it is the simple but more important step.
Make a wise use of fog lamps even at daytime to help visibility.

Toolbox and tool-set of your car should have all necessary tools.

Most important thing you must be prepared with the prescribed medicines in case of sickness or vomiting.

Make a pre plan of the route which you are going by. 

If possible try to avoid night journey on Ghat roads.

For your safety you must have a Car insurance policy to claim your losses due to any bad circumstances it may be landslide, earthquake, storm or anything. 

Travelling through mountains and ghats is challenging experience. Getting well organized and following simple but useful steps would make your journey safe and happy.
