Maruti Celerio May Get ABS and Airbags as an option on all variants

According to reports published on-line over internet Maruti Suzuki is reported to be working on adding ABS and Dual front air bags as an option on its entry and mid-level variants. The optional safety pack will be available on all power train trims, including petrol and diesel on both manual and AMT variants.

The Maruti Celerio Green would also get the optional safety pack.
The new variants like LXi (O) manual, VXi (O) manual, LXi (O) AMT, VXi (O) AMT, ZXi (O) AMT, LDi (O) and VDi (O) are expected to be added to the variant line-up.

The most surprising and good thing is that in future the safety pack would be offered on
all other Maruti Cars.

The thing to be noted is that the Maruti Celerio has been a prime candidate for the company to introduce the newer and attractive technologies in the Indian market.

This includes the AMT, Suzuki’s first in-house attempt at a diesel engine and now possible the optional safety pack through the variant walk.

The thing to be seen is the response of the customers; definitely Maruti Suzuki will attract more customers with this new decision of making the safety features available on all cars.

Even now Maruti Suzuki is doing a good job and getting a good response from Indian customers than any other competitor in the country. It is definitely going to be the milestone in Maruti Suzuki’s way towards success and progress.
